Hillcrest Family Services accepts all of the Iowa Medicaid Managed Care Organizations available through Iowa Health Link. We also accept most private insurance coverage and accept private pay clients as well.

If you have questions regarding enrollment with an MCO, please call Iowa Medicaid Member Services at 1-800-338-8366 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time.

If you are having an issue with your MCO, you can use the Managed Care Ombudsman Program.
