Adult Residential

Hillcrest operates several homes for adults with brain health concerns who are trying to transition back into the community. These residences offer the following services:

• Available to adults with brain health concerns and staffed by healthcare professionals 24 hours each day
• Support skills are taught including independent living, community integration, personal care, coping skills and resource development
• Other counseling for emotional disorders is available
• The residences are managed by healthcare professionals who work with clients to build satisfaction in their lives
• Referrals to the Adult Transitional Living program can be made by healthcare professionals and other concerned parties
