This program is open to individuals who:
Are 18 Years or Older
Diagnosis of Mental Illness
Have Intellectual Disabilities
Have Had a Brain Injury
Are Working or Seeking Work
Have a Physician’s Documentation of Work Capacity or Limitations
Would Benefit from Job Coaching or Workplace Support
We provide hands-on job coaching and guidance while you’re working in the community.
We help you build routines and develop confidence in handling daily workplace expectations.
Our team teaches tools to manage mental health symptoms that may affect your job.
We support your transportation planning and help you adapt to work schedules and responsibilities.
We work directly with employers to advocate for your needs and ensure clear communication.
You’ll get problem-solving support to handle job-related challenges and reduce stress at work.
We accept Medicaid, Mental Health and Disability Services of the East Central Region, and Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services. We’ll help you determine funding eligibility and next steps.
